Responsibilities include full-stack development, Azure platform administration, GitHub Actions CI/CD, container management, backups, monitoring, security alert triage, IAM/RBAC reviews, cost reporting, and customer-facing technical delivery. The role also develops reusable tools and playbooks, supports Day 2 operations, and maintains cloud applications, virtual machines, and related infrastructure.

Leads end-to-end delivery of agentic AI projects in secure government environments. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, mapping processes, coordinating developers and security teams, managing scope, schedules, risks, quality, governance, and stakeholder communications. The role also supports solution shaping and ensures successful transition to Day 2 operations through documentation, runbooks, knowledge transfer, and compliance with security requirements.
