Responsibilities include Skype for Business migrations, SBC and SIP configuration, voice resiliency, dial plans, emergency calling, call routing, governance, automation, security, and integration across Microsoft 365 services. The role also delivers partner-facing implementations, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical handovers in production environments.
