Teams at Behavox

Lead end-to-end management of 3–5 top-tier, multi-product, multi-region enterprise accounts ($3M+ ARR). Own executive relationships, escalation resolution, renewals and expansions, and create engagement playbooks, hiring standards, and training. Represent Behavox externally at events and advisory boards, mentor account managers, and set operational quality benchmarks for the Strategic Account Management function.
