Own and grow a portfolio of 3–5 Tier 1/Tier 2 complex, multi-product, multi-region enterprise accounts ($3M+ ARR). Lead executive relationships, escalate and resolve high-risk situations, create playbooks and engagement standards, drive renewals and expansion strategy, mentor and calibrate hiring and onboarding, and represent Behavox externally at industry events and customer communities.
