Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into action, run and unblock cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, field operations and commercial teams, own operating cadence (OKRs, board and investor reporting), build systems and dashboards for leadership visibility, close operational gaps, drive special projects (market entry, hiring, vendor negotiations), and prepare key materials.

Design and implement mechanical systems and components for Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs) along with power electronics and firmware development. Conduct testing and ensure compliance with quality control standards.

Own end-to-end finance operations including bookkeeping, monthly close, management and statutory reporting, cash and payroll management (CPF), AR/AP and grants, budgeting, investor due diligence support, financial controls, and Power BI reporting for departmental cost visibility.
