Design and implement mechanical systems and components for Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs) along with power electronics and firmware development. Conduct testing and ensure compliance with quality control standards.

Lead mechanical design and integration of HAUV/AUV platforms from concept to deployment. Manage pressure housings, propulsion, buoyancy, FEA validation, prototyping, testing, field trials, and production handover. Mentor engineers, troubleshoot electro-mechanical integration, maintain documentation, and support procurement and vendor management.

Provide fractional senior HR leadership and strategic counsel to founders and leadership, shaping people strategy, organisational design, compensation, performance frameworks, compliance (Singapore/Malaysia), talent strategy, and coaching the internal HR team. Act as escalation point for complex employee relations and report HR metrics to the CEO/Board.
