Serve as a technical/system analyst supporting BAU and incident management, gather and translate business requirements into system specs, analyze system usage/licensing/costs, liaise with stakeholders, and work with enterprise/SaaS platforms. Marine operations or IMOS familiarity is advantageous.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flow). Build integrations, optimize queries, implement automation, support testing and deployments, troubleshoot production, and collaborate with stakeholders and architects.

Senior IMOS Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, configure IMOS modules (trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, P&L), document trade lifecycle, support implementations/upgrades, manage UAT and integrations (ERP, risk, market data), and provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
