The CTRM Architect will design and implement solutions in the ETRM domain, ensuring alignment of business needs with IT strategies and technical leadership.

Serve as a technical/system analyst supporting BAU and incident management, gather and translate business requirements into system specs, analyze system usage/licensing/costs, liaise with stakeholders, and work with enterprise/SaaS platforms. Marine operations or IMOS familiarity is advantageous.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flow). Build integrations, optimize queries, implement automation, support testing and deployments, troubleshoot production, and collaborate with stakeholders and architects.

Senior IMOS Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, configure IMOS modules (trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, P&L), document trade lifecycle, support implementations/upgrades, manage UAT and integrations (ERP, risk, market data), and provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Early-career Technical Systems/Support Analyst to gather and document requirements, support system configuration, testing, integrations, issue resolution, and prepare project documentation and user guides while working with stakeholders across implementations and transformation projects.

The CTRM Business Analyst will lead workshops, document trade processes, support CTRM systems, and drive UAT planning while ensuring continuous improvement in trading operations.

The Power Platform Developer will implement, optimize, and transform Power Platform initiatives, requiring strong development skills in D365, Dataverse, and Power Automate, along with experience in enterprise systems integration.
