Leads HR strategy for an Asia-based portfolio of businesses, partnering with senior leaders to improve organizational performance. Advises on people issues, employee relations, talent gaps, organizational effectiveness, and workforce structures. Oversees HR product delivery, policy development, compliance, budgeting, resourcing, and strategic initiatives. Influences senior stakeholders, guides HR teams, monitors regulatory developments, and serves as a senior representative for the HR function.

Provides data-led compliance oversight and constructive challenge across Barclays Markets, focusing on Credit, FX, market abuse, financial crime, regulatory obligations, and risk controls. The role assesses business and change risks, investigates breaches, oversees corrective actions, implements policies, supports new products, and collaborates with front-office, Legal, Compliance, and risk teams. It also advises senior stakeholders, drives improvements, and may lead teams or complex strategic assignments.

Lead the design, governance, implementation, and commercialization of Barclays Private Bank’s FX OTC Derivatives capability in Singapore. Serve as the FX subject matter expert and advise private banking clients on hedging, liquidity management, yield enhancement, pricing, execution, and trade lifecycle management across spot, forwards, swaps, options, and structured products. Partner with Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Relationship Managers, and Sales to ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, improve processes, and support revenue growth.
