Conduct macroeconomic and financial market research on Asian emerging-market currencies and rates, with emphasis on ASEAN economies. Develop investment views, forecasts, and actionable trade ideas; maintain analytical tools, databases, and quantitative models; prepare research publications and client materials; present insights to internal and external clients; collaborate with economists, strategists, Markets, Compliance, and other stakeholders while meeting risk, legal, regulatory, and MAS requirements.

Conducts KYC reviews and technical sign-off for Private Bank and Wealth Management client onboarding. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, coordinating with front-office, risk, business, and financial-crime teams, maintaining AML and regulatory compliance, resolving issues, improving procedures and controls, preparing performance reports, and supporting operational initiatives. The role also advises stakeholders, manages risks, and contributes to policy and governance improvements.

Lead APAC transformation and Singapore operations oversight for Global Markets: govern and deliver complex regional programmes, ensure regulatory compliance (MAS), drive delivery discipline, manage stakeholders, develop KPIs, and coach a team of change professionals to embed sustainable controls and benefits realisation.
