Senior NDE Level III provides technical authority for NDT/NDE across APAC subsea projects, developing inspection strategies, approving procedures, supporting manufacturing and supplier quality, leading investigations and audits, mentoring staff, and driving PAUT and digital inspection improvements throughout project lifecycles.

Manage and grow sales through manufacturer channel partners across Southeast Asia. Develop proposals with engineering/inside sales, negotiate and close orders, evaluate partner performance, forecast regional sales, and travel extensively (≈40%).

Provide technical expertise and application support during the tendering process, develop bids, and collaborate with customers on technical specifications.
