Lead development and delivery of supply chain and procurement transformation projects. Advise clients on sourcing, demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, distribution and logistics, process re-engineering and cost-reduction initiatives. Provide client management, hands-on leadership and mentoring, develop practice thought leadership, and act as subject-matter expert in one or more supply chain disciplines.

Lead sub-projects within client engagements to design and implement supply chain process improvements and technical solutions. Identify client needs, provide strategic SCM consultation, develop cross-functional solutions, support senior staff, and manage junior team members to improve planning, network design, forecasting, and cost performance.
