Acts as an HR Business Partner for APAC leadership while leading regional HR operations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, process standardization, policy and benefits alignment, HR data cleanup, Workday reporting, automation, dashboards, employee self-service, and internal communications. The role partners with country HR teams to improve consistency, compliance, scalability, and employee experience across the region.

Manage up to 20 global end customers across APAC, align with global account owners, build regional account strategies, drive revenue growth, coordinate sales/technical/marketing resources, create account plans and reports (Salesforce), and maintain long-term executive-level relationships with regular regional and international travel.
