Lead analytical laboratory activities for polymeric materials, additives, and pigments. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC, FTIR, DSC, TGA, XRF, and related instrumentation. Design testing experiments, analyze data, develop and validate methods, maintain documentation, support product development and quality assurance, and train laboratory technicians.

Manage and grow an APAC territory for textile screen printing inks (water-based), owning sales, margins, and account development. Provide technical consultations, demos, and solutions selling; prospect and cold call; negotiate contracts; maintain CRM and collaborate with internal teams. Up to 75% travel required.

Lead product portfolio, pricing, and new product development for assigned lines; localize products for Asia, support commercialization, build relationships with strategic brands and manufacturers, and provide sales and marketing support to drive regional profitable growth.
