Optimize twin-screw extrusion compounding processes for color and additive masterbatches. Scale formulations from lab to commercial production, create processing guidelines, troubleshoot extrusion defects, collaborate on equipment maintenance, and maintain detailed processing records to ensure consistent, high-quality polymer compounds.
