Leads AVEVA’s APAC Customer Success organization through second-line managers, driving retention, adoption, value realization, customer health, renewals, advocacy, and expansion. Develops regional strategy, builds leadership talent, partners with Sales and cross-functional teams, manages executive customer relationships, and establishes scalable operating models, governance, metrics, and resource planning across diverse APAC markets.

Lead end-to-end implementation of real-time process optimization for refineries and petrochemical plants using AVEVA Process Optimization. Configure applications, run model reviews, FAT/SAT, commission on-site, provide training and ongoing support, and support presales technical proposals and value articulation.

The Lead Development Representative qualifies inbound leads and executes outbound prospecting, collaborating with sales and marketing to generate opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
