Teams at Avaloq

Leads end-to-end implementation projects for Avaloq BPaaS and SaaS solutions supporting banking customers. Responsibilities include planning, execution, budgeting, commercial proposals, staffing, stakeholder coordination, quality and delivery oversight, customer project-manager coaching, presales support, and post-project reviews. The role requires leadership across multicultural teams, banking-process knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and steering-committee communications.

Serve as the primary client contact for support matters, manage incident resolution and escalations, maintain SLA, audit, and compliance standards, support on-call operations, coordinate vendors, analyze service trends, and develop documentation and knowledge resources.

Lead functional pre-sales activities for financial institutions, including solution discovery, solution shaping, product demonstrations, executive presentations, and RFI/RFP responses. Translate banking, wealth management, accounting, fund administration, and regulatory requirements into compelling solution proposals. Coordinate sales, product, architecture, pricing, and delivery stakeholders, support client acquisition and expansion, and ensure clear handover of solution scope and assumptions to implementation teams.
