Lead functional pre-sales activities for financial institutions, including solution discovery, solution shaping, product demonstrations, executive presentations, and RFI/RFP responses. Translate banking, wealth management, accounting, fund administration, and regulatory requirements into compelling solution proposals. Coordinate sales, product, architecture, pricing, and delivery stakeholders, support client acquisition and expansion, and ensure clear handover of solution scope and assumptions to implementation teams.

Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and supports business-critical CLM and CRM applications. Responsibilities include resolving production incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing code fixes, enhancing existing services, supporting testing and UAT, documenting solutions, and collaborating with business analysts, service managers, product teams, and project delivery teams. The role also includes client workshops, agile development, Jira usage, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Leads client support operations for banking technology customers, serving as the primary support contact, managing incidents and escalations, ensuring SLA, audit, and compliance adherence, and coordinating internal teams and vendors. The role oversees critical incident response, supports 24/7 availability, analyzes service trends, improves processes, and maintains documentation and knowledge resources. It also requires client relationship management, technical communication, banking expertise, SQL, reporting, and rotational holiday support.
