Manages complex projects from strategic planning through detailed design and closeout while ensuring quality, profitability, risk control, and client satisfaction. Develops junior staff and contributes technical expertise across geographies and markets.

Provides technical leadership and governance for mechanical building services design across major multidisciplinary building projects. Reviews and approves designs, resolves complex technical and risk challenges, oversees delivery quality and safety, advises clients, supports bids, establishes technical standards, mentors engineers, and promotes innovation, digital engineering, sustainability, and safety-in-design.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll manage projects from scoping to handover, prepare technical specifications, engage with clients, and drive business development while focusing on energy-efficient and sustainable designs.
