The role provides practical exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, stakeholder management, event planning, communication, and corporate HR operations.

Supports learning and development programs through training coordination, logistics, registrations, scheduling, and record management. Assists onboarding and new-hire integration, prepares reports and presentations, and contributes to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, coordination, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Lead supplier quality management for semiconductor wafer sort, burn-in, and final-test suppliers. Responsibilities include audits, KPI tracking, APQP/PPAP, AEC-Q100 compliance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, reliability and failure-analysis support, NPI readiness, DFT and test-coverage reviews, burn-in and HVS validation, change management, and continuous improvement across global suppliers.
