Lead transfer and sustainment of wafer sort, burn-in, and final test solutions from NPI to high-volume production. Develop, debug, qualify, and release ATE test programs and test hardware. Partner with OSATs and Product Engineering to drive yield, test coverage optimization, test-time reduction, reliability qualification, and data-driven manufacturing readiness.

Lead industrialization and NPI of automotive semiconductor products from tape-out to mass production. Drive characterization, validation, ATE test program optimization, yield and reliability improvements, and manufacturing readiness. Collaborate with design, test, foundry, OSAT, quality, and reliability teams; support product transfers, customer investigations, MRB dispositions, and technical input for RFQs and cost modeling.

Lead semiconductor manufacturing analytics: own test analytics strategy, build analytics platforms, implement quality screening (PAT, SBL, outlier detection), integrate foundry/OSAT/MES systems, design data infrastructure and automation (ETL, dashboards), and drive operational excellence across wafer, assembly, test, and quality.
