The OSAT Account Manager oversees operational management of OSAT partners, ensuring delivery reliability, quality performance, and capacity availability across semiconductor programs.

Provide end-user IT support: set up and refurbish PCs, troubleshoot Windows/Ubuntu, manage tickets and assets, support events and video conferencing, assist mobile devices, and use AI to automate tasks.

Provide first-level support for development tools and process service requests. Develop and maintain scripts (Python, Groovy), assist with tool deployment, and contribute to AI solutions for tool/application deployment. Collaborate with a global team, apply software debugging, and follow SDLC/Agile and DevOps practices where applicable.
