Serve as a technical leader in enterprise pre-sales engagements for major Southeast Asian customers. Build trusted advisor relationships, understand customer challenges, position Atlassian solutions, collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales teams, and drive business and revenue outcomes. The role requires enterprise customer-facing experience, technical fluency, familiarity with software development and deployment, and mandatory English and Mandarin proficiency.

Leads and develops APAC Account Executive teams across strategic, enterprise, and midmarket segments. Owns regional sales strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and complex enterprise deal execution. Builds executive relationships, serves as an executive sponsor for key accounts, partners with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, and recruits and coaches high-performing sales talent.

Lead hands-on development of generative AI products grounded in enterprise knowledge. Design LLM, embedding, multimodal, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented, and agentic solutions; rapidly prototype and evaluate GenAI applications; and scale successful experiments into production systems. Provide technical direction to a tiger team, mentor engineers and scientists, influence retrieval and serving architecture, shape innovation strategy, and promote responsible AI, groundedness, and data quality.
