Leads and develops APAC Account Executive teams across strategic, enterprise, and midmarket segments. Owns regional sales strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and complex enterprise deal execution. Builds executive relationships, serves as an executive sponsor for key accounts, partners with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, and recruits and coaches high-performing sales talent.

Develops and accelerates Atlassian’s ITSM and ESM channel partner ecosystem. Provides architecture, technical expertise, and thought leadership across deal cycles; creates reference architectures, blueprints, and enablement collateral; delivers partner workshops; develops account strategies; collaborates with product, sales, marketing, and alliance teams; and represents Atlassian at conferences and partner events.

Serve as a technical leader in enterprise pre-sales engagements for major Southeast Asian customers. Build trusted advisor relationships, understand customer challenges, position Atlassian solutions, collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales teams, and drive business and revenue outcomes. The role requires enterprise customer-facing experience, technical fluency, familiarity with software development and deployment, and mandatory English and Mandarin proficiency.
