The IT Support Specialist III provides technical support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues, ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with tech teams to resolve complex problems.

As an Infrastructure Design Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security while collaborating with engineering teams.

Operate 24/7 incident and alarm monitoring across servers, networks, DC infrastructure, and physical security. Triage and investigate alerts, act as incident commander during major events, perform RCA, coordinate threat and emergency responses (Everbridge/InternationalSOS), maintain ticketing records, and follow SOPs and playbooks to ensure uptime and safety.
