Operates, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots optical and IP networks. Manages multi-vendor hardware, resolves traffic and software or hardware issues, performs root cause analysis for outages, and collaborates with service providers, colocation facilities, vendors, and global partners. Supports network infrastructure projects and optimizes network performance, capacity, and reliability with minimal supervision.

Coordinates data center projects from initiation through delivery, managing assets, resources, schedules, budgets, documentation, change control, stakeholder meetings, ticket resolution, reporting, and project communications. Supports project managers and service delivery managers by tracking action items, identifying issues and trends, monitoring KPIs, and improving processes. Requires strong communication, organization, judgment, multitasking, and experience with Excel, Google Suite, ticketing systems, and project management tools.

Manages and troubleshoots production networks, internet peering, traffic, optical systems, and IP network components. Responsibilities include resolving routing, protocol, capacity, CRC, and hardware issues; coordinating with ISPs, vendors, colocation facilities, and technical assistance centers; conducting root cause analysis; and supporting global 24/7 operations, including occasional weekend work.
