Supports and troubleshoots production networks, internet peering, traffic capacity, routing, protocols, optical transport, and network hardware. Works with ISPs, vendors, colocation facilities, and global teams to resolve incidents, investigate outages, perform Layer 1 and IP troubleshooting, and prepare root cause analyses. Participates in 24/7 support rotations, including occasional weekend work, and helps maintain multi-vendor network environments.

Manage and troubleshoot production networks, internet peering, traffic, optical systems, and IP components. Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, colocation facilities, and technical assistance centers to resolve hardware and network incidents. Support routing, protocol, capacity, CRC, and input errors; perform root cause analysis; and contribute to network peering strategies. Participate in 24/7 global support, including occasional weekend coverage.

Manage and troubleshoot production networks, Internet peering, traffic, routing, capacity, and network incidents. Diagnose IP and optical network components, including DWDM and CWDM systems, coordinate hardware repairs with vendors and service providers, prepare root cause analyses, and support global 24/7 network operations. The role requires collaboration with ISPs, colocation facilities, and internal teams, including some weekend work.
