Manage and execute telecom service implementations: review tickets, reserve router interfaces, assign patch panels, design paths, track milestones, provision and test services, escalate issues, coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders, and maintain operational reporting.

Manage commercial and delivery aspects of multiple AV projects: budgets, schedules, resource allocation, vendor management, documentation, testing, training, and client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance.

Operate 24/7 incident and alarm monitoring across servers, networks, DC infrastructure, and physical security. Triage and investigate alerts, act as incident commander during major events, perform RCA, coordinate threat and emergency responses (Everbridge/InternationalSOS), maintain ticketing records, and follow SOPs and playbooks to ensure uptime and safety.
