Lead equipment start-up, qualification (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ), troubleshooting, GMP execution, documentation alignment between DCS and MES, single-use lifecycle management, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable commercial operations.

Provide end-to-end quality assurance oversight across biologics, small-molecule, sterile filling, packaging, QC, and warehousing operations. Lead deviation investigations, CAPAs, validation, change control, batch release, supplier quality, complaints, audits, and inspection readiness. Apply cGMP and pharmaceutical quality systems, analyze quality data, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. Coach team members and support digital, automation, and AI-enabled quality initiatives at AstraZeneca’s new Singapore ADC manufacturing campus.

Leads innovative ecosystem partnerships and clinical trial initiatives in Singapore for AstraZeneca. Develops partnership and clinical trial strategies, evaluates opportunities and risks, manages negotiations and stakeholder relationships, supports study design and recruitment, and presents proposals to senior governance bodies. Requires pharmaceutical business knowledge, clinical development expertise, project leadership, negotiation, financial literacy, and familiarity with legal and regulatory principles.
