Lead and build the Quality Assurance organisation for a new Singapore site, overseeing QA for biologics, synthetics, sterile filling and warehousing. Drive QA strategy, risk management, regulatory interactions, digital transformation, hiring and talent development, budgets, and continuous improvement to support clinical and commercial manufacturing.

Lead R&D GxP risk-based audits across GCP/GVP/GRP/Lab GCP/GLP with emphasis on computerized systems, AI, digital platforms and data integrity. Provide inspection support, manage CAPAs and vendor quality oversight, develop QA processes, train and mentor colleagues, and partner with stakeholders on quality risk and compliance for technology-enabled activities.

Lead APAC Quality Assurance for R&D, managing GxP audit programs (GCP, GVP, GLP), regulatory inspection preparedness, CAPA oversight, stakeholder partnering, and QA governance. Conduct complex audits, support due diligence, mentor QA staff, and deliver compliance reporting.

Lead design and delivery of site-level data architectures, pipelines and analytics to enable real-time decision making, digital twins and AI use cases across manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain in a GMP-regulated environment. Drive roadmap delivery, governance, user adoption, and continuous improvement while coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring data governance, compliance and measurable operational outcomes.

Lead site-wide Process Analytical Technology (PAT) strategy and deploy real-time analytics, chemometrics, models and digital twins to enable advanced process control, closed-loop automation, and regulatory-compliant validation across ADC biologics manufacturing. Integrate PAT with MES/DCS/SCADA, drive capital projects, tech transfers, capability-building, and performance metrics to improve yield, robustness, and continuous verification.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI/automation solutions for biopharma manufacturing: identify use cases, design data/ML solutions, run experiments, govern compliance (GxP, GDPR, ethical AI), manage projects, budgets, vendors, and change to transition pilots into production.

Promote AstraZeneca oncology and haematology products by identifying business opportunities, engaging and influencing clinical stakeholders, running engagement programmes, and building long-term relationships to drive product uptake in complex clinical environments.
