Develops partnership and clinical trial strategies, evaluates opportunities and risks, manages negotiations and stakeholder relationships, supports study design and recruitment, and presents proposals to senior governance bodies. Requires pharmaceutical business knowledge, clinical development expertise, project leadership, negotiation, financial literacy, and familiarity with legal and regulatory principles.

Leads operational technology and automation strategy for a biologics manufacturing campus. Oversees automation architecture, engineering programs, suppliers, budgets, compliance, validation, startup readiness, and continuous improvement. Provides technical leadership across SCADA, PLC, DCS, IT/OT cybersecurity, digital manufacturing, and AI enablement. Partners with engineering, IT, operations, and global stakeholders while coaching automation engineers and supporting FDA inspections, cGMP expectations, and smart-factory transformation.
