Leads operational technology and automation strategy for a biologics manufacturing campus. Oversees automation architecture, project delivery, budgeting, suppliers, validation, compliance, digital and AI enablement, performance management, and continuous improvement. Acts as a technical authority, supports FDA inspections and facility expansion, and develops automation engineering teams and culture while enabling smart factory and autonomous manufacturing capabilities.

Provides end-to-end quality assurance oversight for AstraZeneca’s new biologics manufacturing campus in Singapore. Responsibilities include cGMP compliance, manufacturing and QC oversight, deviation and CAPA management, validation and change control, batch release, supplier quality, audits, complaints, risk management, quality analytics, and training. The role supports biologics, small-molecule, sterile filling, packaging, warehousing, and digitally enabled manufacturing operations while helping establish the site’s pharmaceutical quality system.
