Own product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, delivery, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. Conduct user research, define product metrics, analyze feedback and usage data, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering, design, security, operations, and business teams. Translate user needs into product opportunities, make evidence-based trade-offs, support launches and adoption, and address product risks and dependencies within a cybersecurity and governance-focused environment.

Manages end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier reconciliations, accruals, month-end closing, audit support, compliance, and vendor issue resolution. Also supports office administration, facilities coordination, and office supplies management. Requires at least five years of hands-on accounts payable experience, accounting or ERP software proficiency, strong accuracy, and audit experience.

Supports enterprise Secure Service Edge platforms, secure Internet access, ZTNA, endpoint connectivity, security policies, application onboarding, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and vendor escalation. The role integrates SSE with identity, SIEM, CASB, and other security platforms while analyzing logs and packet captures, optimizing cloud costs, assessing security gaps, and improving Zscaler configurations across hybrid environments.
