Lead design, development, integration, and operation of web and mobile applications (including ServiceNow and AI/LLM integrations). Guide engineering teams and vendors, ensure reliability, security, performance, and DevSecOps/SRE best practices, support product roadmaps, provide L2 incident support, and drive SOPs, recruitment, and engineering culture.

Lead and manage operations and contractors supporting Whole‑of‑Government secure products. Liaise with agencies, track change requests and project documentation, maintain card production systems and asset inventories, propose hardware/software upgrades, perform audits, and provide project updates to management.

Responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing wireless networks, conducting site surveys, managing upgrades, and ensuring operations meet SLAs.
