Performs preventive maintenance and routine hardware service actions on semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Prepares tools and parts, follows established procedures, supports cleanroom logistics and administrative updates, and assists senior engineers with equipment operations. The role requires shift work, standby duty, customer interaction, health and safety compliance, and occasional overseas travel. Candidates need a relevant electronics, electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, or equivalent engineering diploma, with fresh graduates or applicants with 1–2 years of experience considered.

Provide third-line network support and act as the APAC technical contact for connectivity. Own network standards, lifecycle management, capacity planning with external providers, documentation, change control, and ensure availability of ASML services across the region.

The Technical Support Engineer will analyze and repair customer ASML machines, ensure proper operation, provide support and training, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
