Teams at ASML

Acts as the technical interface between ASML engineering teams and suppliers for parts, components, and modules. Leads supplier quality, technical supplier management, design reviews, manufacturing and testing readiness, documentation, audits, quality issue resolution, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. Supports supplier selection, technology roadmaps, supplier capability assessments, and strategic improvement plans while collaborating with sourcing, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders.

Leads regional end-to-end supply chain operations, including materials planning, order fulfillment, OTIF delivery, logistics, inventory, customer escalations, cost reduction, compliance, risk management, and team leadership. Partners with global planning, customer support, account management, factory, and headquarters teams to improve service performance, ensure material availability, and drive operational excellence across the region.

Leads supplier collaboration engagements and transformation programs across ASML’s supply chain. Defines objectives, coordinates improvement actions, manages stakeholders, oversees risks, budgets, governance, reporting, and benefit realization, and transitions changes into regular operations. Coaches supplier collaboration teams and drives structural improvements involving procurement, capacity, NPI, engineering, and manufacturing. Requires extensive program management, operational excellence, supply chain, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change experience, with regular travel across Southeast Asia and occasional international travel.
