As the Supplier Collaboration Engagement Manager, you will lead a team to drive improvements and transformations in supplier collaboration and supply chain management, ensuring alignment with ASML's business needs and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Work with local suppliers in Singapore or Malaysia to ensure quality and delivery of parts and modules for DUV machines. Act as technical interface for supplier development, perform SQE and TSM tasks, manage documentation (SOW, first article, PFMEA, MFLOW), resolve quality issues (MNs, DNs), monitor supplier KPIs (SPC), support audits, drive supplier technology roadmaps and continuous improvement, and participate in supplier selection.

Manage strategy deployment and program execution for ASML's supply chain and procurement, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities. Oversee multi-year strategic initiatives using frameworks like Hoshin Kanri to drive measurable impact.
