Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for upmarket APAC accounts: lead implementations and onboarding, drive adoption and customer health, build strategic relationships, troubleshoot configurable product setups, and partner cross-functionally to realize long-term customer value.

Provide day-shift APAC product support for Ashby customers: own complex SaaS tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot integrations, reproduce issues, guide customers on workflows, escalate appropriately, and contribute to projects that improve support processes and automation.

Provide technical support for Ashby customers by diagnosing and resolving integration, API, and product issues; analyze logs and patterns to drive product improvements; create documentation and enablement materials; collaborate with engineering and support to escalate and resolve complex problems while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Lead and grow an APAC Product Support team, own regional support strategy and operations, resolve escalations, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, improve processes and self-service, monitor KPIs, and drive team development and customer experience.
