Build and scale core loyalty services (points accrual, ledgers, campaigns) for high-throughput, multi-client environments. Design reliable, maintainable APIs and infrastructure, drive technical projects and RFCs, mentor engineers, collaborate across product and operations, and own end-to-end problem solving for performance and operability.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain platform capabilities and internal tools, focusing on authentication, operational efficiency, and collaboration across teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Build and maintain Ascenda's loyalty platform backend that converts transactions to points and manages the points ledger. Work on services that handle high burst loads, contribute to frontend features (vanilla JS or frameworks), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help expand the loyalty suite for additional financial instruments.
