Lead and grow a DevOps team while hands-on contributing to a cloud platform. Drive platform roadmap, automation, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and developer self-service for high-availability fintech services.

Manage Ascenda’s internal IT systems and endpoints (primarily macOS), lead end-user support, maintain MDM, identity/access controls (SSO/MFA/SCIM/SAML/RBAC), implement DLP concepts, keep ICT documentation and asset inventory, and drive IT projects and automation to support a growing global workforce.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will build and scale products, maintain code quality, assist in API development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
