Teams at Arrow Electronics, Inc.

Manages strategic sales accounts across an assigned regional territory, identifying markets, developing customer and supplier relationships, and selling electronics supply chain and value-added solutions. Creates account strategies, leads internal and customer quarterly business reviews, drives demand creation and sales growth, monitors sales performance, and improves customer service. Works independently with minimal guidance while supporting junior colleagues and contributing to process improvements.

Serves as the liaison between suppliers and Arrow’s sales team, driving sales performance, supplier relationships, pricing, availability, market share, and gross profit. Analyzes technology and vertical-segment line cards, evaluates competitors, monitors market and technology developments, and coordinates supplier and sales meetings. Works independently on complex problems, improves processes, and provides guidance to less-experienced colleagues.

Leads the engineering department, overseeing product design, design modifications, production improvements, testing procedures, project planning, budgets, hiring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides technical direction and manages department performance, resources, operating costs, and personnel decisions for a medium-sized engineering organization.
