Design, prototype, and validate hardware-software components across web, AI/ML, embedded systems, and semiconductor testing. Develop web and desktop tools, build and integrate ML models, perform PCB/hardware bring-up, execute IC/module testing from FOL to EOL, and produce mechanical prototypes using 3D CAD and printers. Collaborate cross-functionally, document results, and drive problem resolution.

Perform warehouse shipping and receiving tasks (sorting, picking, packing, labelling), inventory control and cycle counts, transport and staging of product, maintain store areas, update reports, support ERP/WMS transactions, assist order coordination and logistics, and uphold 6S and workplace safety standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to a Business Unit/Region President across APAC: manage calendar and travel, coordinate meetings and agendas, prepare presentations and correspondence, run staff meetings and reviews, manage projects and confidential records, screen calls and visitors, and liaise with regional and senior executive stakeholders.

Manage assigned sales territory for electronic components: develop strategic account plans, build supplier and customer relationships, sell Arrow offerings and value-added supply chain services, prepare and lead internal and customer QBRs, and use Salesforce/Oracle for sales tracking.
