Triage and resolve Master Data Management (Party, Risk, Reference) issues end-to-end, run targeted data cleansing sprints, operate Stibo STEP stewardship workflows (match/merge, golden record), monitor data quality dashboards, support release/UAT changes affecting master data, and maintain documentation and playbooks to prevent repeat issues.

Support operations by triaging the operations inbox, chasing QS bordereaux and accounts receivable, allocating cash receipts and liaising with brokers/underwriters on missing cash and premium queries. Assist with outstanding receivables, premium adjustments, and other projects including workflow implementation.

The Software Engineer will develop high-quality responsive UIs for web/mobile, conduct user research, optimize applications, troubleshoot issues, and conduct code reviews.
