This role involves providing technical support at customer sites, handling escalations, system installations, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborates with engineering teams and generates documentation for improvements and support plans.

Lead and execute operational audits, advisory engagements, and ethics & compliance investigations end-to-end. Plan audit scopes, design tests, document workpapers in AuditBoard/Optro, and identify control gaps. Drive remediation to closure, liaise with stakeholders, and provide subject-matter expertise in trade compliance and related risks.
