Responsible for developing and maintaining fabrication processes, improving productivity, collaborating with teams, and leading continuous improvement projects to ensure operational success.

Leads Supplier Engineering Excursion Response Team activities to protect semiconductor manufacturing from supplier-caused disruptions. Evaluates supplier performance, manages quality incidents, drives root-cause and corrective actions using 8D methodology, and implements systemic process improvements. Conducts supplier training and audits, promotes compliant testing practices, and supports global quality management system development and execution. The role requires cross-functional leadership, complex problem solving, supplier negotiation, and approximately 10% travel.

Lead defect, particle, contamination, and yield investigations for semiconductor and display manufacturing processes. Perform defect characterization, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process and hardware improvements. Drive productivity projects targeting chamber stability, matching, uptime, and cost of ownership. Develop troubleshooting guides, defect libraries, training materials, and qualification activities while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers.
