Teams at Applied Materials

Drive customer-facing quality activities: lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions using APS and Trackwise, coordinate with field service and suppliers, prepare and maintain QMS/ISO audit readiness, capture customer voice and KPIs, and improve field quality for high-volume issues.

Own and grow assigned wafer fab equipment customer accounts: identify needs, present Applied Materials products and roadmaps, prepare quotes, negotiate orders, manage sales cycles, maintain account documentation, follow up on receivables, and coordinate demos with product teams. Travel regionally (~25%).

Manage manufacturability-focused projects from planning to implementation for precision machined, sheet-metal, and plastic parts. Perform cost and technical calculations, apply GD&T and DFx for cost reduction, coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare project plans, and support supplier and design collaboration.
