Leads Maersk Project Logistics operations across Asia Pacific, driving regional performance, governance, standardization, continuous improvement, transformation, and scalable operating models. The role develops operational capability, leads multi-country teams, partners with commercial, product, finance, procurement, and QHSE stakeholders, and serves as a senior escalation point for complex customer and operational challenges.

Manage and grow global technology-sector client accounts across Maersk’s logistics and supply chain portfolio. Develop account strategies, value propositions, business plans, and end-to-end solutions; drive customer satisfaction, onboarding, contract compliance, profitability, and revenue growth. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and coordinate global, regional, and local teams.

Develops and deploys learning and capability strategies aligned with Ocean Operations priorities. The role identifies capability gaps, designs role-based learning journeys, embeds learning into onboarding and performance routines, drives behavioral adoption, coaches leaders, and measures knowledge transfer, capability maturity, employee development, and business impact. It partners with operations leaders, People teams, subject matter experts, and regional L&D partners while governing learning frameworks, content, and knowledge repositories.
