Lead regional deployment and governance of the Enterprise Quality Management System across Asia Pacific logistics sites. Conduct internal audits, manage certification programmes (ISO, TAPA, GxP, GFSI, SQAS), support audit readiness, train teams, monitor quality KPIs, support customer CAPAs (especially pharma), and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Assistant and Country Head, managing calendars, meetings, travel, expense claims, office procurement, records, and stakeholder liaison while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth executive office operations.

The Regional Head of Product Management will lead logistics strategy, drive commercial performance, manage product teams, and ensure operational excellence across Asia Pacific.
