Leads Maersk’s Retail and Lifestyle vertical strategy in Singapore by growing targeted customers, developing key accounts, positioning end-to-end logistics solutions, and delivering revenue and profitability targets. The role manages senior customer relationships, creates tailored value propositions, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports onboarding and contract compliance, and expands Maersk’s footprint through new business and increased share of wallet.

Provides onsite IT and warehouse operational technology support, troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, RF devices, networks, servers, and automation equipment. Manages incidents, changes, assets, inventories, documentation, preventive maintenance, and basic OT cybersecurity. Supports warehouse users, vendors, and technical teams while maintaining service levels, delivering training, reporting through Microsoft tools, traveling between locations, and providing on-call support during critical incidents.

Manage end-to-end demand-to-delivery for an allocated tanker fleet, run RFQs with non-contracted suppliers, ensure procurement compliance, build stakeholder relationships, drive supply chain improvements, support budget utilization, analyze procurement data, and contribute supplier feedback for category strategy and development.
