Leads Anthropic’s Applied AI Solutions Architecture organization in Singapore, building and managing the regional team while driving enterprise AI adoption across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. The role oversees technical pre-sales, AI strategy, customer workshops, proof-of-concept execution, executive engagement, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. It also establishes regional processes, develops innovative and safe AI solutions, and supports deployments for regulated industries.

Lead Anthropic’s enterprise sales and go-to-market strategy in Taiwan’s manufacturing sector. Own the full sales cycle, win and expand semiconductor, electronics, and manufacturing accounts, build executive relationships, and position Claude for engineering, operations, supply chain, and corporate use cases. Develop territory plans, conduct technical discovery, address security and data residency concerns, collaborate on tailored solutions, build hyperscaler and systems integrator partnerships, and provide market insights to product teams.

Manage international accounting operations across APAC entities, including statutory compliance, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, FX processes, audits, tax compliance, and policy implementation. Build scalable accounting frameworks, partner with global finance teams, and improve processes through technology and automation.
