Manage full-cycle international payroll across APAC countries, ensuring accurate and compliant processing. Responsibilities include working with payroll providers, handling tax notices, payroll accounting, reconciliations, equity processing, employee inquiries, reporting, systems integrations, and process automation. The role partners with Finance, Tax, People, Global Mobility, and equity teams while supporting payroll expansion into new countries.

Drive Anthropic’s public-sector sales expansion across ASEAN, owning complex sales cycles from outreach through deployment. Build strategic relationships with ministries, agencies, statutory boards, systems integrators, and partners; navigate government procurement, security, compliance, data sovereignty, and localization requirements; develop market-specific sales strategies and playbooks; provide market intelligence to product and policy teams; and support revenue growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Own enterprise revenue growth across ASEAN by winning and expanding strategic accounts. Build territory plans, lead consultative sales with C-suite and technical stakeholders, coordinate Product, Engineering, Applied AI, and Partnerships teams, and translate AI capabilities into business value. Develop executive, partner, and government relationships while shaping Anthropic’s regional go-to-market strategy and market footprint. The role is based in or relocates to Singapore and requires frequent travel throughout Southeast Asia.
