The APAC Accounting Lead will oversee corporate accounting for APAC regions, manage financial reporting, lead a regional team, and drive automation with AI tools.

The Regional Research Economist will analyze AI's economic impact, build partnerships, develop methodologies for empirical research, and communicate insights for policy recommendations.

Lead APAC direct tax compliance and advisory across multiple jurisdictions. Manage transfer pricing, withholding tax, permanent establishment, entity structuring, infrastructure tax issues, and tax audits. Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and indirect tax teams, work with external advisors, contribute to SOX/public company readiness and tax technology implementations, and build regional tax processes and relationships with local authorities.

Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial, procurement, and IP licensing contracts across APAC. Build scalable contracting processes, partner with regional and global legal and business teams, roll out process improvements, enable stakeholders, and support cross-functional legal needs for technology and SaaS transactions.

Serve as Anthropic's founding Commercial Counsel in Singapore, advising APAC sales on complex technology transactions, negotiating agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance for AI deployment across APAC, and designing scalable contract frameworks and playbooks.
