Reconcile payroll reports, perform pre/post payroll validations, respond to employee inquiries via ServiceNow, support payroll year-end and testing, and participate in process improvement projects to ensure timely, accurate pay.

Lead governance of daily timekeeping operations, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll-related timecards and attendance. Resolve timecard issues, drive process adherence, and act as team lead in the manager's absence.
