Supports HR Operations transformation through process mapping, documentation, standardization, ServiceNow HRSD readiness, project intake, stakeholder coordination, transition planning, governance, and reporting. The role documents current and future workflows, gathers requirements, supports testing and implementation readiness, coordinates operational handoffs, and identifies process improvements while maintaining accurate, scalable, and compliant HR processes.

Design and implement digital and mixed-signal ICs at the chip and block level. Responsibilities include RTL design, digital signal processing implementation, digital architecture definition, system and block-level simulation, and testbench development. The role requires strong knowledge of digital logic, computer architecture, DSP, and CPU/DSP/NPU design, with familiarity with memory systems, bus protocols, verification methodologies, and scripting languages preferred.

Assist with designing and evaluating customer analog solutions, modifying SDKs and algorithms, developing small hardware/software solutions, and proposing system architectures. The role gathers customer requirements, educates customers on Analog Devices products, supports product demonstrations, and collaborates with product management, marketing, applications teams, and customers. Preferred experience includes MCU or FPGA platforms, coding, analog circuits, AI or deep learning, and communication, image, or audio processing.
