Lead end-to-end delivery and portfolio management for the Vitality programme, ensuring governance, financial stewardship, risk mitigation, and quality. Own strategic projects, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting. Coach and line-manage junior delivery staff, embed PM best practices, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes across technology initiatives.
