Assess and underwrite institutional credit exposures in Japan across corporate and small-business card programs, merchant services, and securities portfolios. Perform financial, business, industry, country, and macroeconomic analysis; determine credit ratings, capacity, facility structures, loss given default, and risk mitigation strategies. Prepare credit memoranda, evaluate profitability and probability of default, and collaborate with sales, risk partners, and credit administration.

Leads corporate affairs and communications across Southeast Asia, with responsibility for strategic communications, reputation management, media relations, crisis response, executive communications, colleague engagement, stakeholder advising, agency management, and team leadership. The role develops integrated communications strategies, supports senior executives, manages sensitive issues, strengthens brand narratives, and measures communications outcomes.

Develop and implement AI/ML and Generative AI proof-of-concept solutions, including data processing, model training, deployment, experimentation, and algorithm optimization. Collaborate with business, technology, and engineering teams to integrate scalable solutions into existing platforms. Apply deep learning, NLP, and large language model techniques to address business challenges, translate real-world problems into data science solutions, and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
