Own the full-cycle sales process for AlphaSense’s financial markets segment, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and research teams. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, managing trials, pipeline development, forecasting, quota attainment, and sharing customer feedback. The role requires SaaS sales experience, preferably in financial services, strong communication, financial-market fluency, and the ability to sell AI-driven solutions to buy- and sell-side clients.

Own the full-cycle new business sales process for financial services accounts, including hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and research teams. Prospect and build relationships with support from Sales Development Representatives, deliver consultative product demonstrations, manage trials, maintain pipeline accuracy, forecast results, meet sales quotas, and provide customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Sources and qualifies new business opportunities by researching target accounts, engaging executives and investment professionals through phone, email, and social outreach, communicating product value, handling objections, coordinating meetings for Account Executives, recording CRM activity, and consistently achieving performance targets. The role includes training and development toward a future quota-carrying sales position.
