Own end-to-end enterprise new-business sales across APAC’s Life Sciences corporate market. Build pipeline, prospect, develop client relationships, lead demos and trials, forecast accurately, close sales, coach team members, and collaborate with marketing, product specialists, product management, content, and product marketing to drive growth and improve the platform.

Manage Directed Content research pods and bilingual Analysts, setting performance KPIs and coaching team members. Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve content quality, relevance, and production efficiency. Coordinate with Project Managers, Sector Leads, and leadership on coverage goals, territories, sourcing strategies, capacity, and contributor coverage. Hire and onboard Analysts, maintain process documentation, resolve operational issues, and approve expert rates while controlling average call costs.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate and consulting clients across a SaaS book of business. Responsibilities include maximizing retention, preventing churn, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, forecasting renewals, conducting business reviews, onboarding and training users, and partnering with Account Executives. The role also gathers customer feedback, develops value stories, and advocates for client needs internally while engaging stakeholders from analysts to C-level executives.
