Manage client relationships to drive platform adoption and measurable outcomes. Onboard and train new clients, monitor usage and account health, support renewals and growth, surface customer insights to Product and Sales, and run adoption-focused engagements both virtually and in person.

Lead APAC Expert Call Services team to drive call volume, customer retention, and operational excellence. Build and develop high-performing teams, set and exceed KPIs, ensure quality assurance, and partner cross-functionally to remove growth barriers. Own end-to-end projects, implement process improvements, and translate customer feedback into scalable growth strategies while fostering a strong, customer-focused culture.
