Leads regional tax matters across corporate, consumption, withholding, employment, transfer, and international taxes. Advises on transactions, financing, investments, tax law developments, and risks; manages advisors, auditors, and tax authorities; supports governance, controls, Pillar Two, country-by-country reporting, process improvements, and automation initiatives across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.

Provides commercial legal advice and negotiates contracts for property, planning, leasing, acquisitions, and capital projects across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Supports site selection, develops contractual frameworks and policies, monitors property and foreign investment regulations, manages compliance initiatives, and advises on claims and disputes. Partners with legal, development, site selection, and business leadership teams to support data centre expansion.

Leads commercial strategy for hyperscale data centre opportunities across the Asia Pacific and Middle East. Responsibilities include setting commercial parameters, negotiating customer and partner proposals, managing strategic relationships, supporting market expansion and new project development, overseeing market intelligence, and leading a Singapore-based team. The role works with hyperscale customers, investors, real estate partners, renewable energy providers, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
