Teams at Airbus

Manages post-sales customer support and account strategy for key Airbus aviation customers across APAC. Leads regional consulting coordination, project execution, governance, business development, financial objectives, stakeholder relationships, customer proposals, and internal alignment. Supports customer improvement plans, consulting missions, market intelligence, business cases, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives involving airlines, airports, MROs, and aviation authorities.

Provide local and global IT support by resolving incidents, service requests, hardware and software issues, access matters, and technical problems. Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, software licenses, endpoint security, printers, and user equipment. Coordinate major incidents, support problem and change management, create knowledge documentation, train users, monitor systems, and contribute to IT projects and service improvements.

Manage process optimization and change initiatives for repair operations and administration. Model and improve business processes, establish KPIs, lead value stream analysis, facilitate problem-solving groups, and drive transformation projects. Oversee SAP, Freshdesk, Skywise dashboards, Symbio documentation, data products, IT change requests, and performance reporting. Collaborate with logistics, finance, quality, product management, repair teams, and global stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, and fact-based decision-making.
