Manage customer spare-parts orders and escalations, ensure on-time delivery, maintain customer records, drive satisfaction, use KPIs and reports, train and guide team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Plans aviation spare-parts inventory across the IMS network, balancing material availability, forecast accuracy, inventory investment, and transportation costs. Uses customer maintenance data, fleet plans, Airbus data products, and statistical forecasts to refine replenishment plans. Builds relationships with customers and MRO providers, supports new part integration, monitors KPIs, prepares reports, and contributes to process improvement and customer meetings.

Supports accounts receivable and payable activities, including invoicing, receipts, invoice matching, payments, vendor and intercompany reconciliations, and customer payment schedules. Contributes to GST filings, internal control activities, audits, and finance digital transformation initiatives. Requires accounting qualifications, at least one year of relevant experience, taxation knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP and Google Workspace preferred.
