Lead the regional adaptation and integration of Airalo’s global MVNO core platform. Translate telecom regulations and partner requirements into functional specifications, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering tasks. Define requirements for number portability, voice and SMS routing, lawful interception, reporting, and compliance integrations. Coordinate MNOs, regulators, partners, legal, product, and engineering teams while managing country-specific dependencies and mentoring solution analysts and delivery teams.

Lead Airalo's APAC partnerships across Strategic Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Channel Sales and Corporate Sales. Build and manage a high-performing partnerships team, define regional strategy and OKRs, negotiate and maintain large partner relationships, collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape partner products, streamline SOPs, and represent Airalo at APAC industry events.
