Leads AIG Singapore’s agency distribution strategy, growth, productivity, profitability, recruitment, and producer retention. Oversees sales managers and agency channels, collaborates with insurance business lines, ensures regulatory compliance and risk controls, drives technology adoption, manages financial performance, and develops talent and succession plans.

Own and deliver digital product initiatives that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, conversion, engagement, and retention. Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics; translate requirements into user stories, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma. Coordinate development, QA, testing, launches, stakeholder communications, adoption strategies, reporting, experimentation, and ongoing optimization across digital journeys and platforms.

The Technology Risk Manager will drive compliance with IT regulations in APAC, assess and address regulatory gaps, facilitate annual IT evaluations, and manage cross-country forums and issues.
