Lead strategy, governance and delivery of regional IT infrastructure across 13 APAC countries, covering cloud/compute, digital workplace, network, ITSM and ITAM. Ensure alignment with global infrastructure strategy while meeting APAC business, regulatory and operational requirements and delivering secure, resilient, high-performing services.

Lead and coach a team of Business Development Managers to grow AIG Singapore's commercial property & casualty production through agency distribution strategies, sales planning, forecasting, market intelligence, channel management, and technology enablement to improve profitability and producer automation.

Lead and support AIG's APAC privacy program: advise business units on privacy policies and laws, manage governance (DSARs, DPIAs, notices), develop policies, training and monitoring, coordinate incident and eDiscovery responses, and assess privacy impacts for new technologies and cloud/mobile implementations.
