Teams at Ahrefs

Build and operate Ahrefs’ large-scale database and storage infrastructure across approximately 1,200 servers and hundreds of petabytes. Responsibilities include developing ClickHouse, MooseFS, and SeaweedFS features; managing TiDB and Elasticsearch clusters; diagnosing performance and data corruption; conducting fault testing; automating operations; and executing production releases and migrations without downtime.

Own Ahrefs’ brand voice and messaging across websites, campaigns, product communications, events, conference talks, and social media. Write and edit copy hands-on, define positioning for the company and products, maintain consistency across teams, and secure adoption of messaging. The role also involves creating video scripts and speech content, collaborating with social media, and explaining technical products clearly to marketers and experts.

Own Ahrefs’ marketing growth in Brazil by developing and executing localized strategies across content, digital campaigns, events, partnerships, communities, and public relations. Build brand awareness, qualified demand, and customer acquisition while educating the market on SEO, AEO, and AI search. Analyze market and competitor insights, establish local relationships, report performance, and identify repeatable growth opportunities. This remote role operates as a one-person local marketing team in collaboration with global marketing.
