Manage Agoda’s strategic accommodation partner accounts, nurture long-term relationships, drive regional growth, and identify new supply opportunities. The role analyzes datasets to develop tailored partner solutions, supports promotional campaigns, trains clients on Agoda tools, prepares partner and country reports, and delivers KPIs and strategic initiatives. Success requires strong account management or business development experience, analytical and interpersonal skills, stakeholder influence, adaptability, and fluent English.

Design, build, and operate generative AI services, agents, and applications for Agoda teams. Own solutions end-to-end, from understanding user needs and selecting technical approaches through testing, release, and production support. Improve AI quality, reliability, latency, and cost using evaluations, monitoring, and feedback. Build secure, reusable APIs and integrations, lead technical decisions, and mentor engineers. The role requires extensive software engineering and GenAI experience, production systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead high-impact data science initiatives from problem definition through production deployment and iteration. Design and deploy machine learning, AI, and analytical solutions, translate ambiguous business problems into measurable objectives, and partner with senior stakeholders on strategy and roadmaps. The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship across the data science community. Strong Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, production modeling, and large-scale data experience are required.
