Coordinate day-to-day operational delivery of enterprise customer programs onsite: schedule and escort service visits, manage systems and records, handle customer inquiries, and work cross-functionally to implement solutions and ensure operational excellence per program SOW.

Plans and executes regional marketing programs across India and South Asia Pacific to generate demand and support sales. Tailors global campaigns to local markets, analyzes trends and competitors, develops marketing tactics, consolidates business metrics, supports sales teams, identifies opportunities, and coordinates customer communications. The role focuses on applied markets including food and environmental testing, materials, semiconductors, alternative energy, and applied chemicals, with customer engagement and cross-functional alignment responsibilities.

Lead Informatics & Automation (PSD) strategy and business across SAJK: translate global priorities to regional execution, grow revenue (ARR/TCV), lead cross‑country teams, drive enterprise digital transformation (CDS/ELN/LIMS/LES, automation, robotics, integration), partner with Sales/Marketing/Services, deliver solutions, demos and POCs, and achieve regional financial goals while improving customer adoption and satisfaction.
