Oversee site-level import and export compliance across U.S., Singapore, Malaysia, and regional regulations. Lead ECCN classification, licensing, sanctions screening, customs compliance, Technology Control Plans, Internal Compliance Programs, foreign-person controls, audits, training, reporting, and controlled-data protection. Manage SAP/GTS trade compliance processes, shipping documentation, customs classifications, Free Industrial Zone operations, and regulatory approvals while supporting business needs.

Set up, operate, and optimize CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision aerospace components. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, perform tool changes and offset adjustments, inspect parts using precision measuring equipment, troubleshoot machining and quality issues, maintain production records, and support safety, 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform deburring, polishing, blending and hand finishing of aerospace components per engineering drawings and work instructions. Operate finishing equipment (sand blasting, lapping, tumbling, vapor degreaser), perform visual inspections and basic measurements, maintain 5S/TPM safety standards, complete production documentation, support Kaizen improvements, and collaborate with machinists, quality, and engineering. Willingness to work overtime and morning shift required.
