Provide end-to-end HR services and operational support for Singapore sites, including hiring/onboarding/offboarding, managing time & attendance and payroll enquiries, handling employee letters and regulatory compliance, supporting visa/immigration processes, vendor payment coordination, data reporting/automation, and driving process improvements.

Perform hand finishing tasks (deburring, polishing, blending) on aerospace components per drawings and work instructions; operate finishing equipment, conduct visual inspections and basic measurements, maintain 5S/TPM standards, complete production documentation, and support continuous improvement and cross-functional quality resolution.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components. Interpret drawings/GD&T, perform inspections with precision instruments, troubleshoot tooling and process issues, support continuous improvement and 5S, and complete production and inspection documentation. Work may include shifts and overtime.

Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components to engineering specifications. Interpret drawings and GD&T, perform tool changes, machine maintenance, in-process and final inspections using precision instruments, troubleshoot machining and quality issues, maintain 5S housekeeping, support continuous improvement, and complete production and inspection documentation.

Lead site-level import/export compliance for aerospace products, ensuring adherence to EAR, ITAR, and regional controls. Manage export classifications, licensing applications, MITI ICP/TCPs, customs/import compliance, restricted party screening, and trade compliance systems. Provide training, audit support, and stakeholder reporting to maintain regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Perform deburring, polishing, blending and hand finishing of aerospace components per engineering drawings and work instructions. Operate finishing equipment (sand blasting, lapping, tumbling, vapor degreaser), perform visual inspections and basic measurements, maintain 5S/TPM safety standards, complete production documentation, support Kaizen improvements, and collaborate with machinists, quality, and engineering. Willingness to work overtime and morning shift required.

Lead safety and quality activities for aerospace products: manage safety reporting and SMS, conduct/internal and supplier audits, liaise with customers/regulators, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement using Six Sigma and RCCA, provide training and safety reporting to governance bodies.
