Set up, operate and optimize CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision aerospace components. Read engineering drawings and GD&T, perform setups and tool changes, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot machining and tooling issues, maintain 5S and safety standards, support continuous improvement, and complete production and inspection documentation.

Lead site-level import/export compliance for aerospace products, ensuring adherence to EAR, ITAR, and regional controls. Manage export classifications, licensing applications, MITI ICP/TCPs, customs/import compliance, restricted party screening, and trade compliance systems. Provide training, audit support, and stakeholder reporting to maintain regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Provide end-to-end HR Services support for Singapore sites including hiring, onboarding/offboarding, time & attendance and payroll enquiries, visa/immigration assistance, statutory compliance, vendor payment coordination, data/reporting and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Perform deburring, polishing, blending and hand finishing of aerospace components per engineering drawings and work instructions. Operate finishing equipment (sand blasting, lapping, tumbling, vapor degreaser), perform visual inspections and basic measurements, maintain 5S/TPM safety standards, complete production documentation, support Kaizen improvements, and collaborate with machinists, quality, and engineering. Willingness to work overtime and morning shift required.

Assemble and test aerospace components (check valves, actuators, regulators, variable bleed valves, linkages, fuel body). Read blueprints, EWIs, and technical drawings; inspect dimensions; operate test equipment; ensure work meets quality manuals; troubleshoot issues; and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen). Work rotating shifts and overtime as required.

Lead safety and quality activities for aerospace products: manage safety reporting and SMS, conduct/internal and supplier audits, liaise with customers/regulators, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement using Six Sigma and RCCA, provide training and safety reporting to governance bodies.

Interpret drawings/GD&T, perform inspections with precision instruments, troubleshoot tooling and process issues, support continuous improvement and 5S, and complete production documentation. Work includes CNC milling/turning, G-code setup, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams.

Support repair and overhaul of Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) by providing engineering dispositions, shop investigations, and repair-development. Lead productivity and cost-reduction projects, coordinate with shop technicians and customers, support contracts, standardize work scopes, and conduct time studies to improve yields.
