Supports electrical design delivery for data center and mission-critical projects across the APAC region. Responsibilities include defining project objectives, schedules, resources, and deliverables; applying engineering judgment; managing technical risk; mentoring teams; supporting client relationships; and contributing to bids, proposals, thought leadership, and coordinated electrical services delivery.

Supports bids and proposals by coordinating RFP requirements, technical and commercial inputs, pricing, governance, presentations, subcontractor quotes, risk reviews, and final submission documents. Develops compelling proposals aligned with client needs, market trends, competition, and win themes while collaborating with technical leads, regions, and end markets. Requires strong communication, organization, administrative, relationship-building, and deadline-management skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-procurement platforms.

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of conveyance infrastructure projects. Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, contracts, stakeholders, engineering coordination, construction activities, regulatory compliance, and project commissioning. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, contractor performance, procurement, cost control, site inspections, and project handover while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
