Leads the design, integration, implementation, testing, commissioning, and validation of physical and electronic security systems for commercial buildings and critical infrastructure. Coordinates with architecture, MEP, ICT, contractors, vendors, facility representatives, and government agencies. Provides feasibility studies, master planning, technical specifications, strategic advice, training, and end-user support while ensuring solutions are buildable, maintainable, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Develop and maintain GIS-based software applications for infrastructure, engineering, design, and construction clients. Responsibilities include system analysis and design, application performance and maintainability, user requirements gathering, technical documentation, end-user programming support, and website development and content management. The role uses .NET, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Esri GIS technologies, with opportunities to work across diverse technical teams.

Supports a climate change adaptation study through engineering assessments, coastal protection and flood mitigation solutions, climate risk analysis, hydrological or coastal modeling, geospatial and environmental data analysis, technical documentation, stakeholder coordination, and evaluation of sustainable nature-based resilience strategies.
