Requires extensive data center or mission-critical engineering experience, commercial acumen, professional engineering qualifications, Uptime Institute ATD certification, and eligibility for Baseline or higher AGSVA clearance.

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of conveyance infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, contracts, stakeholders, engineering coordination, construction activities, regulatory compliance, site inspections, commissioning, and handover. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, contractor performance, procurement, project controls, safety, quality, and commercial outcomes.
