Build, automate, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications. Manage infrastructure as code, containers, monitoring, logging, security, compliance, releases, cloud costs, troubleshooting, and operational documentation. Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and project managers to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient deployments for clients and public-sector projects.

Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for Singapore government systems, including requirements gathering, systems analysis and design, integration, UAT, documentation, vendor coordination, and deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while improving system reliability, security, scalability, and performance. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and manage projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Build and maintain automated functional, regression, API, and performance tests using JavaScript or TypeScript and Playwright. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, manage test environments, containers, databases, mock data, and snapshots, and analyze observability and performance metrics. Collaborate with agile teams and Singapore government agencies to deliver reliable, secure, high-availability software. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and quality engineering initiatives.
