Manage procurement-focused projects for Singapore government agencies, ensuring compliance with government procurement policies (e.g., IM8, GeBIZ). Prepare and maintain RFQs, AORs, evaluation reports, and status updates. Drive procurement lifecycle activities, stakeholder communication, documentation, and timely delivery while upholding governance and quality.

Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition for IT, project, and corporate roles. Build TA strategy, manage recruiters, deliver senior and hard-to-fill hires, optimize ATS and recruitment analytics, drive employer branding, vendor management, and ensure compliance with Singapore employment and PDPA laws.

Provide L2/L3 code-level support and maintain reliability, stability and efficiency of product runtime environments. Monitor performance, manage incidents to meet SLAs, coordinate cross-team and vendor resolution, create documentation and operational processes, drive automation and monitoring, and manage a 24/7 operations team.
