Build TA strategy, manage recruiters, deliver senior and hard-to-fill hires, optimize ATS and recruitment analytics, drive employer branding, vendor management, and ensure compliance with Singapore employment and PDPA laws.

Lead a product end-to-end: define problems, research stakeholders and users, set strategy and success metrics, create roadmaps, work with design and engineering to build and release, measure outcomes, iterate, and drive adoption.

Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices for government systems. Implement secure deployment automation, integrate security controls, maintain IaC and runbooks, monitor system health, manage releases, conduct root cause analyses, and support vulnerability management and compliance activities.
