Design, develop, configure, migrate and maintain SharePoint and .NET enterprise applications. Execute SharePoint on‑premises to cloud (including Government Cloud) migrations, support deployments, integrations, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

Design, implement, and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure across AWS. Automate tasks, embed security (SCA, container scanning) throughout the SDLC, perform vulnerability assessments, apply SRE practices, and maintain monitoring and incident response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Singapore government cloud projects.

Support the CIO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap, elicit user and citizen needs, create user stories and prototypes, recommend technologies (including AI), validate requirements, ensure deployment readiness, and drive digital transformation through stakeholder engagement and data-informed decisions.
