As Manager of Procurement Controlling & Analytics, you'll manage procurement revenues, oversee financial consolidation, and deliver insights for strategic decisions across Asia and MEA regions.

Lead People & Culture for the hotel: design and enforce HR policies, manage payroll and benefits compliance, plan staffing, recruit and assess management hires, oversee compensation systems, and support training, performance management, employee welfare, and industrial relations.

Support the Regional Commercial team with administrative and operational tasks across hotel performance, revenue management, marketing, and e-commerce. Prepare and maintain regional reports, dashboards, and data; develop executive presentations; manage databases and content; coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects. Provide ad hoc project support and help track SMART plans and follow-ups to drive regional commercial initiatives.
