Supports regional talent management systems, performance and succession cycles, people reviews, employee engagement surveys, webinars, employer branding initiatives, HR metrics, and People Experience reporting across corporate and hotel teams.

Directs hotel sales and marketing strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, reporting, group and transient sales, catering and banquet activities, competitive analysis, market trend evaluation, and customer feedback assessment to maximize revenue and achieve business goals.

Financial Controller responsible for multi-country financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, management reporting, tax and statutory compliance, internal controls, treasury oversight, audit readiness, group financial statements, and Singapore employment compliance. The role also supports ESG and governance initiatives while promoting the Accor Plus loyalty program.
