Oversee daily lounge food and beverage operations, service quality, staffing, rostering, training, inventory, hygiene compliance, lounge readiness, guest issue resolution, vendor coordination, audits, and operational improvements. The role leads and develops team members while maintaining luxury hospitality standards, regulatory compliance, productivity, and an exceptional guest experience across lounge operations.

Lead marketing, communications, and product strategy for Accor Plus’s member proposition. Develop hotel partner offers, guide creative and performance reporting, support member campaigns and market launches, and own digital product initiatives, processes, playbooks, and terms and conditions. Build relationships across hotel and strategic partner networks while coaching two direct reports and influencing global stakeholders.

Leads finance operations for Sofitel, MGallery, and Emblems hotels across Southeast Asia. Reviews hotel performance, forecasts, balance sheets, audits, credit risk, and financial processes; supports profitability, revenue optimization, compliance with management agreements, hotel openings, and corrective actions. Develops hotel finance teams through training, mentoring, and succession planning while partnering with regional operations and commercial leaders on performance reviews and cross-functional finance projects.
