Lead design and implementation of Unity-based interactive 3D visualizations and digital twin interfaces, integrating geospatial data and real-time IoT/OT telemetry. Architect performant rendering, LOD, shader optimizations, reusable UI components, and backend integrations (REST/WebSocket). Drive frontend standards, CI/CD for Unity builds, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade OT visualization solutions.

Lead full-stack development across backend (Java/Python) and frontend (React). Design, develop, and review code; break down requirements into tasks; mentor developers; enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews. Manage build cycles, packaging, versioning, releases, integration, unit testing/SIT, deployments, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.

Build and maintain backend services that ingest and normalise OT/IoT telemetry, implement protocol adapters (OPC-UA, MODBUS, MQTT), integrate with message brokers and time-series architectures, write automated tests, collaborate on API contracts (REST/WebSocket), support CI/CD deployments, and troubleshoot field device connectivity and commissioning.
