Lead and support SAP Record-to-Report finance transformation initiatives, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, testing, cutover, and stabilization. Design and optimize general ledger, financial close, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reporting, and compliance processes. Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring accounting controls, regulatory compliance, automation, and continuous improvement.

Administer Oracle and MS SQL databases while supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include patching, backups, recovery, performance monitoring, high availability, troubleshooting, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. The role also contributes to architecture discussions involving web services, messaging queues, SFTP, and databases, with occasional after-hours operational support.
