Analyze and document business workflows, develop and implement business solutions, create functional and application designs, and collaborate with colleagues to improve business processes. The role requires expertise in business process analysis tools, relevant experience, and a bachelor’s degree, with AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling as preferred skills.

Supports enterprise applications by troubleshooting incidents, monitoring system health, performing root cause analysis, implementing remediation and performance improvements, and documenting technical solutions. Collaborates with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve application stability, availability, and support processes. Communicates technical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provide production support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor system health, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams on remediation, enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance. Support incident, problem, and change management processes while improving application stability, performance, and user experience. Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
