Leads biologics manufacturing operations across cell culture, purification, filling, and central services. Supervises shift personnel, manages schedules and performance, ensures safety and cGMP compliance, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, supports investigations and CAPAs, maintains audit readiness, oversees batch records and SOPs, and develops manufacturing staff. Requires biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing expertise, supervisory experience, and knowledge of quality systems and complex biopharmaceutical processes.

Supports QC microbiology operations for routine testing and new product introductions involving small-molecule and biologic products. Responsibilities include GMP and EHS compliance, laboratory documentation, investigations, audits, infrastructure and instrumentation readiness, equipment qualification, calibration support, trend tracking, and continuous improvement. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintain operational readiness, and support timely product launches.

Performs cGMP biologics manufacturing operations across upstream, downstream, or central service streams. Executes validated processes, completes batch documentation, troubleshoots deviations, supports quality and safety compliance, leads shift operations, assigns work, trains biotechnologists, and acts as deputy manufacturing supervisor. Responsibilities include audit readiness, quality records, process improvements, production planning, and resolution of anomalous processing events.
