Supports institutional client onboarding, trading-system connectivity, technology operations, data analysis, troubleshooting, system testing, identity and access management, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role provides first-line technical and operational support while collaborating with vendors, business teams, and stakeholders in electronic trading and financial-market environments.

Oversee exchange, clearing, trade, and settlement operations; validate transactions, resolve discrepancies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage reporting, analyze trading activity, improve processes, and support market participants. The role also mentors junior analysts, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains operational coverage through rotating shifts for 22/5 operations.

Conduct market regulation and compliance activities across exchange and clearing-house operations, including membership due diligence, member supervision, on-site inspections, market surveillance alert reviews, AML compliance, regulatory testing, training, advisory support, and liaison with MAS. The role also supports enforcement processes, develops compliance procedures, analyzes regulatory developments, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
